How do I choose my photos?
Once your album order has been confirmed, you'll receive instructions for selecting your favorite images from your Gallery. Simply mark the photographs you'd love to include, and we'll use your selections as the foundation for your custom album design.
If you'd rather not make the selections yourself, we also offer a fully curated design experience.
Can you choose the photographs for me?
Absolutely. In fact, many of our clients choose this option.
We'll thoughtfully curate your album using our storytelling approach, selecting the images that best capture the emotion, rhythm, and details of your wedding day. This allows us to create a cohesive narrative while ensuring the most meaningful moments are beautifully represented.
How many revisions are included?
Your heirloom album includes two complimentary rounds of revisions.
During the review process, you're welcome to request changes such as replacing images, rearranging spreads, or adjusting layouts. Once you're completely happy with the design, we'll prepare it for production.
Additional revisions beyond the two included rounds are available for an additional design fee of $30.
How long does the process take?
The timeline varies depending on how quickly image selections and approvals are completed, but most albums are finished within 6–8 weeks.
A typical timeline includes:
- Photo Selection: Client dependent
- Album Design: Approximately 1–2 weeks
- Review & Revisions: Client dependent
- Handcrafted Production: Approximately 3–4 weeks
- Shipping: Varies by destination
We'll keep you updated throughout each stage of the process.
Can I order additional albums later?
Yes. Additional copies, including parent albums or duplicate albums, can be ordered after your original album has been completed.
As long as your album design remains on file, reordering is a simple process. Pricing may be subject to change based on current material and production costs.
What happens after I approve my album?
Once we receive your final approval, your album is prepared for production using the exact specifications you've selected.
Each album is individually handcrafted by our production partner using premium archival materials before undergoing a final quality inspection. Once complete, it will be carefully packaged and shipped directly to you.
You'll receive a confirmation email when your album enters production, followed by a shipping notification once it's on its way.
Can I add more pages to my album?
Yes. If you'd like to include additional photographs, extra spreads can be added before your final approval for an additional fee. We'll be happy to discuss the best option for your album.
What if I can't decide which photos to include?
You're in good hands. If narrowing down your gallery feels overwhelming, simply choose our Studio Curated option. We'll thoughtfully select the photographs that best tell the complete story of your wedding day, creating an album that's balanced, cohesive, and timeless. This is our most popular choice among clients.
